Car Free Day was a SUCCESS on the Drive! Thanks to the community and our SUPER Recycling Volunteers for making this day a Zero Waste Event!! With Zero Waste Stations spanning 15 blocks along Commercial Drive, we had so much fun helping and educating people to recycle all the way! We hope you enjoyed all the cool community activities like the Roller Disco, parading drummers, healing gardens, DJs’ spinning beats and all your friends and neighbours hanging out on a Car-Free-Drive!
We really enjoyed the fun with everyone and we are looking forwards to seeing you all again at our many events this summer!
